Refund policy

Treats, Chews, and Supplements:

Considering our products are food items, opened items cannot be returned for a refund. However, unopened bags (excluding bulk bags) are eligible for return and refund within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Food Products:

New and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for gift cards, bulk bags, seasonal/limited edition items, or any items marked as final sale.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and NakedBeasts is not liable for lost returns. Refunds will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The refund may take several days to reflect in your account. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and if a refund disqualifies any FREESHIP promotion used for the order, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Defects and Issues:
